TheLootLab LLC sells digital gift cards that can be used with selected merchants or platforms.
All gift cards are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on payment verification and fraud prevention checks.

4. Payments and Billing

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe, Inc. We accept major debit and credit cards.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and that all information provided is accurate.
All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

All sales of digital gift cards are final once the code has been delivered.
However, if a purchased card is defective or not received, please contact our support team within 7 days at support@thelootlab.com, and we’ll investigate or replace it as appropriate.

Refunds will not be issued for redeemed, transferred, or resold gift cards.

6. Fraud Prevention

TheLootLab LLC employs automated and manual fraud checks. We reserve the right to cancel or delay any order if suspicious activity is detected.
Use of stolen cards, fake identities, or automated bots will result in permanent account suspension and potential legal action.
