    Refund Policy — TheLootLab LLC

    Thank you for shopping with TheLootLab LLC.

    Because our products are digital gift cards delivered electronically, all sales are final once the digital code has been issued.
    We cannot offer refunds or cancellations after delivery, as these items cannot be returned or deactivated once sent.

    However, we want every customer to have a positive experience.
    Refunds or replacements may be issued only under the following conditions:

    • You were charged but did not receive your gift card within 24 hours.

    • The gift card code was invalid or non-functional at the time of delivery.

    • Duplicate charges occurred due to a technical error.

    To request a refund or replacement, contact us at support@thelootlab.com within 7 days of purchase.
    We may require proof of purchase, screenshots, or transaction details to verify the issue.

    Refunds, when approved, will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


    Important Notes

    • Refunds will not be provided for redeemed or partially used gift cards.

    • Refunds will not be issued for customer errors (e.g., incorrect email address, wrong card selection).

    • Fraudulent, suspicious, or excessive refund requests may lead to account review or suspension.
