Privacy Policy — What Personal Data We Collect and Why We Collect It

1. Comments

When visitors leave comments on our website, we collect the information shown in the comment form, along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help detect spam.

An anonymized string created from your email address (a “hash”) may be sent to the Gravatar service to check if you use it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/.
After your comment is approved, your profile picture (if linked via Gravatar) may be visible to the public next to your comment.

2. Media

If you upload images to our website, you should avoid uploading images that contain embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the site can download and extract any location data from such images.

3. Cookies and Contact Forms

If you leave a comment on our site, you may choose to save your name, email address, and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to re-enter your details when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
